HQ3 & WC9 Clinic Renovations

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a contractor for the HQ3 & WC9 Clinic Renovations project. The project involves the demolition and build-back of 3,396 square feet of the 3rd floor of HQ into new clinic space, and minor renovations to existing lab and exam rooms on the 9th floor of WC. This is a phased project. The contractor will be required to provide construction services, including safety management, quality control, and commissioning. The contractor will also be required to submit a complete response to various criteria, including safety management program, ability to provide construction services, qualifications, past performance, and project planning and scheduling. • The project requires a contractor with experience in construction services, safety management, and quality control. • The contractor must be able to provide a complete response to the various criteria outlined in the RFP. • The contractor must be able to work on a phased project and provide construction services, including demolition and build-back, and minor renovations. • The contractor must be able to submit a complete response to the pricing and delivery schedule, including a schedule of values and scope narratives and descriptions.
