School Lockers

The New Buffalo Area Schools is seeking a contractor to replace the corridor lockers at the High School and Middle School campuses. The project involves furnishing, delivering, removing, and installing new heavy-duty steel lockers that meet district specifications. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, delivery, installation, and coordination necessary to complete the project. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing new lockers, removing existing lockers, providing recessed trims, fillers, closure panels, and accessories, and anchoring the lockers to existing floors and walls. • The project requires the replacement of approximately 393 lockers at the High School and Middle School campuses. • The lockers must meet specific specifications, including being made of 24-gauge steel, having a single-tier configuration, and having a three-point locking system. • The contractor must provide a proposed start date, proposed completion date, and milestone schedule. • The contractor must also provide product data, shop drawings, color samples, warranty documentation, and installation schedule as part of the proposal.
