Ohio Board of Building Standards - eCode Professional Services

The Ohio Department of Commerce’s Board of Building Standards is seeking a vendor to update, host, and maintain the state’s eCode website for FY27. The contract covers uploading the 2024 Ohio Building Codes, 2025 Ohio Fire Code, and 2019 Residential Code of Ohio, providing basic search (Ctrl‑F) and copy‑and‑paste functionality, and preserving archived editions. The vendor will also be responsible for ongoing hosting, maintenance, and up‑to‑date revisions (up to 50 pages per year) at no additional charge, with extra pages billed at $40 each. • Update the eCode site with the latest Ohio Building, Fire, and Residential Codes and referenced standards in read‑only format. • Provide basic text search and enable users to copy/paste code sections into editable documents. • Host and maintain the site from July 1 2026 through June 30 2027, including up to 50 pages of annual code revisions and errata handling. • Archive previous code editions for public access and charge $40 per additional page of updates beyond the free allotment.
