Description
The Department of the Interior (DOI) is seeking proposals for on-call Type 3 helicopter services based in Hawaii. The contract will be for a multiple award, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type. The services will include transportation of government personnel, cargo, or both using aircraft operated and maintained by the contractor. The contractor must have a Hawaii base of operations and be authorized to conduct flight services in Hawaii.
• The contract will be for a period of time to be determined by the DOI.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, personnel, and services to perform the required tasks.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must have a valid FAA airworthiness certificate and be insured for liability and property damage.
• The contractor must provide a detailed proposal outlining their qualifications, experience, and approach to performing the required services.
