Pinto Campus IT, Boiler Replacement

The Clark County Invitation for Bid is seeking qualified firms or individuals to submit bids for the replacement of a boiler at the Pinto Campus IT. The work consists of demolishing the existing boiler and replacing it with two new 500mbh non-condensing boilers, as well as installing new piping, supports, devices, and associated systems. The project also includes natural gas service work, roofing work, and structural concrete work. The contractor will be responsible for testing, adjusting, and balancing the entire hot water hydronic heating system, as well as providing system commissioning and integrating the new systems with the existing control systems. • The project requires the removal of the existing boiler and the installation of new boilers and associated systems. • The contractor must coordinate with Southwest Gas Company for the natural gas service work. • The project includes roofing work, such as patching the existing flue pipe roof opening and installing new roofing for the boiler flue vent pipes. • The contractor must provide testing, adjusting, and balancing of the entire hot water hydronic heating system. • The project requires system commissioning and integration with the existing control systems.
