Sources Sought: Bonneville Powerhouse 2 Unwatering Pump Replacement

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Portland District (NWP) is seeking sources for the replacement of the unwatering pump assembly at Bonneville Powerhouse 2. The project involves the removal and replacement of the existing pump assembly with a new one, including a pump, motor, and strainer basket. The contractor will be responsible for procuring the new assembly and furnishing all necessary labor and materials for installation and commissioning. The project is expected to take approximately 180 calendar days to complete after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. • The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. • The project requires a firm-fixed-price construction contract. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects involving the replacement of unwatering or drainage pumps with capacities of or exceeding approximately 7,000 GPM and rated at less than 300 HP. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a valid UEI. • The contractor must comply with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 (Self-Assessment) requirements.
