The VA VHA Network Contracting Office 5 is issuing a Sources‑Sought/RFI to gauge interest from qualified vendors for a multi‑award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that will provide maintenance, repair, replacement, and demolition services for mechanical (HVAC‑R), electrical, plumbing, and control systems across three VA Medical Centers in West Virginia and numerous associated outpatient clinics. Vendors must hold valid West Virginia licenses for Plumbing and HVAC‑R, provide a one‑year warranty on all work, and acknowledge that all deliverables become VA intellectual property.
