The State of Missouri, Department of Corrections – Missouri Vocational Enterprises (MVE), is seeking competitive sealed proposals to supply t‑shirts and other shirts for use in multiple correctional‑facility clothing factories across the state. The contract will run for one year beginning October 24 2026, with an estimated spend of roughly $110 k based on prior years. Vendors must be registered in MissouriBUYS, meet a series of compliance certifications (Buy‑American, veteran‑business, tax compliance, anti‑boycott, etc.), and deliver products FOB destination to designated factory sites within 10–30 calendar days of order receipt. Invoicing is electronic, payment is 30 days after receipt, and the contract may be renewed for up to two additional one‑year periods at the state’s discretion.
