Description
Albany State University is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk Firm for the replacement of the cooling tower at the East Campus Central Energy Plant. The project involves removing the existing cooling tower, installing new factory-fabricated steel cooling towers, and modifying the existing basin. The project also includes electrical work, installation of new VFDs, and upgrades to the building automation system. The selection process will be completed in two stages: Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals from qualified finalists.
