Employee Benefits - COBRA and FSA Plans

The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Group COBRA and FSA insurance plans for County employees. The selected vendor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, in conformance with solicitation documents, which include technical specifications and/or a scope of work. • The proposal must be submitted electronically via Ion Wave or hand-delivered to the Procurement Management Director's office. • The proposal must include all requested attachments and be signed and dated. • The County may not accept incomplete proposals. • Submissions containing corrupted, unreadable, or otherwise inaccessible documents may be considered non-responsive and may be disqualified from further evaluation.
