Request for Qualifications – Water System Improvement Project

The City of Bradley, Arkansas, is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive services for a water system improvement project funded through the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission. The scope includes preparation of pre‑application and preliminary engineering reports, environmental documentation, SRF loan application assistance, design and preparation of plans and specifications, and development of an operation & maintenance manual. Interested firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications that details their experience, relevant past projects, and staff qualifications.
