Flags and Related Products and Services

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking eligible bidders to supply a wide variety of flags (U.S., state, municipal, ceremonial, POW‑MIA, etc.), flag accessories, flag poles, and related services such as cataloging and rate listings. The contract will run for one year with the possibility of up to five one‑year extensions, and all deliveries are to be FOB Destination with freight prepaid. Bidders must meet strict material, construction, and warranty specifications, provide a 1 % administrative fee on sales, and submit quarterly sales reports. The solicitation is open to all qualified vendors and will be available to all Iowa state agencies, local political subdivisions, and qualifying nonprofits. • Supply multiple sizes and types of nylon, polyester, cotton, and specialty flags, plus accessories (belts, brackets, stands, etc.) and flag‑pole services. • Meet detailed construction standards (double‑stitched seams, brass grommets, UV‑resistant dyes, 1‑year warranty, individual packaging). • Provide a product catalog and a services catalog with pricing; report sales quarterly and remit a 1 % administrative fee. • Contract term: June 1 2026 – May 31 2027, with up to five optional one‑year renewals; payment net 60 with optional early‑payment discount.
