AIRCRAFT/GROUND FUEL SERVICES GOCO VANDENBERG AFB,CA

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is seeking information from small business sources that can provide fuels operations and management at Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) fuel facilities at Vandenberg AFB, CA. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining facilities, associated systems, vehicles, and equipment, as well as providing personnel, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to receive, store, issue, maintain quality, and account for petroleum products. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing sufficient general-purpose vehicles with appropriate capability to meet contract requirements • Providing sufficient special purpose vehicles with appropriate capability to meet contract requirements for aviation and ground product services • Maintaining quality and accounting for petroleum products • Ensuring facilities, associated systems, vehicles, and equipment remain operational to meet the base mission • Complying with Service Contract Act of 1965 covered contracts and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)
