Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hudson Valley VA Healthcare System, is issuing a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Spirax Sarco Inc. for the maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of refrigeration, air conditioning, and air circulating equipment, including HVAC systems. The contract will include quarterly technical assessments, annual manual steam trap surveys, and annual CIP cleaning for heat exchanger units. The contractor will also be required to provide detailed reports after each service visit and perform a major control valve rebuild in the fourth year of the contract.
Key tasks and deliverables include:
* Quarterly technical assessments of steam utilization equipment

* Installation, repair, commissioning, and replacement of Spirax Sarco components as required
