Description
The City of San Antonio’s Solid Waste Management Heavy Fleet Maintenance Division is seeking a vendor to supply parts, perform annual inspections, and conduct repair work on its aerial bucket trucks. This is an annual, competitively‑bid contract that will be awarded to the lowest‑priced qualified bidder on a line‑item basis for four major manufacturers (Altec, Versalift, Skytel, Terex). The work will be performed on‑site in San Antonio, Texas, and requires the vendor to have the capability to maintain and repair high‑reach aerial equipment.
• Provide parts for in‑house repairs of aerial bucket trucks.
• Conduct yearly safety and functional inspections of the fleet.
• Perform repair and maintenance services as needed, covering all four listed manufacturers.
• Submit line‑item pricing; the City may award any combination of items based on lowest price.
