The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) requires an annual preventative‑maintenance service contract for its Rigaku Miniflex 600 X‑ray diffractometer, a critical instrument used in multiple engineering and science courses and research projects. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to award a firm‑fixed‑price sole‑source contract to Rigaku Americas Corporation to perform one comprehensive service visit during the period of performance (Sept 1‑30 2026).
