Description
The Town of North Kingstown is seeking a concessionaire to operate the North Kingstown Town Beach Concession Stand. The concessionaire will be responsible for providing food and beverage services to the public during the beach season, which runs from May to October. The concessionaire will be required to provide a refundable deposit of $2,000 and to carry comprehensive general liability insurance. The concessionaire will also be required to comply with all local and state laws governing the handling and dispensing of food.
• The concessionaire will be responsible for cleaning up grease spills, paper, and food products.
• The concessionaire will be required to provide a sample menu and pricing with their bid.
• The concessionaire will be required to provide a W-9 form and to obtain a Victualling License, Food Business License, and RI Retail Sales Tax Permit if awarded the bid.
