Quest Analytics Suite

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Quest Analytics Suite. The required services to be provided are automated and accurate geocoding in seconds, improving efficiency with batch geocoding and insight through detailed census tract demographic data. The services will be remote, and the contractor shall perform contracted services, including any minor adjustment call-back services, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Central Time). • The contract term is not specified, but the initial contract term is expected to start on September 1, 2026. • The contractor shall respond to all service calls within four (4) hours of HHS Agency request. • The contractor shall not interfere with normal flow of HHS Agency business at the service location. • The contractor shall provide services and related goods as described in the IFB.
