The State of Wyoming is seeking bids for as-needed plumbing repair, servicing, and maintenance of the Thyra Thomson Building and other Department of Administration and Information buildings in Casper. Bidders must submit their bids through the Public Purchase online bidding system by the deadline. The successful bidder will be required to agree to and execute a formal contract with the State containing terms required by the Attorney General. The contract will be awarded to the firm determined to have the most responsive and responsible bid. • The bidder must have the ability and expertise to perform the contract if awarded. • The bidder must use the highest standards of professional workmanship. • The bidder must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Wyoming Fair Employment Practices Act. • The bidder must not discriminate against any person who performs work under the contract because of age, race, color, sex, creed, national origin, or disability. • The bidder must obtain a resident certification number if applicable.
