Property Management Services

The Santa Monica‑Malibu Unified School District (SMMUSD) is seeking a qualified property‑management firm to provide full‑service management of its off‑site, district‑owned properties. The contract will be issued on an annual “purchase order” basis and will require the vendor to handle financial administration, leasing, maintenance coordination, compliance, risk management, and regular reporting. Attendance at two mandatory, on‑site job‑walks is required for all prospective bidders, and all questions must be submitted by the clarification deadline.
