Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Sciex OS Software Replacement for 4 Existing Sciex Mass Spectrometers

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science (NCCOS) Business Support Branch intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ABSciex to furnish and deliver Sciex OS Software Replacements software for four existing Sciex mass spectrometers. The software that controls these instruments is copyrighted and proprietary to AB SCIEX, and AB Sciex is the only authorized provider of the instrument control software and updates or upgrades.
