Description
The University of Maine System is seeking responses to provide On-Call/As Needed Exterior Facility Services, including masonry and concrete services, roof repair and maintenance services, excavation and pre-construction site work services, fence installation and maintenance services, thermal system insulation services, tree services, and external lighting services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option for an additional 5 years. The University is looking for respondents who can provide high-quality services, have relevant experience, and can meet the requirements outlined in the RFP.
Some key requirements include:
• Providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials for the services
• Having relevant experience and certifications in the specific trade
• Being able to respond to service requests in a timely manner
• Providing a sufficient number of trained and competent personnel to perform the services
• Having the necessary licenses and certifications to perform the work
The University will evaluate responses based on factors such as cost, experience, and qualifications. The contract will be awarded to the respondent who best meets the requirements and provides the most responsive and responsible proposal.
