Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, is requesting quotes for 6 medication carts with installation and set-up, and 120 Veterans Affairs BCMA scanners. The equipment will be used to expand the Bar Code Medication Administration (BCMA) into additional clinical areas. The vendor shall deliver the carts and scanners to the Wilkes-Barre VAMC within 90 days after receipt of the award. The contract period is from 08-28-2026 to 01-31-2027. Key features of the medication carts include a minimum 150W power system, onboard 20A charging, motorized work surface height adjustment, and a 24” monitor with privacy filter. The BCMA scanners must be wireless, pre-programmed for VA BCMA applications, and include a 3-year warranty.
