CONCESSION AND RETAIL SERVICES AT JETTIES BEACH

The Town of Nantucket is seeking a concessionaire to operate a community-focused concession and retail services at Jetties Beach. The concessionaire will be responsible for the daily operation of the concession, including food and beverage service, retail sales, and maintenance of the leased area. The concessionaire will also be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the service of alcoholic beverages. The contract will be for a term of five years, with a minimum annual payment of $120,000, increasing by 3% each year. The concessionaire will also be required to pay a fee based on a percentage of gross sales. • The concessionaire will be responsible for the operation of a community-oriented food and beverage concession and retail sales in a leased area at Jetties Beach. • The concessionaire will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the service of alcoholic beverages. • The concessionaire will be required to pay a minimum annual payment of $120,000, increasing by 3% each year. • The concessionaire will be required to pay a fee based on a percentage of gross sales. • The concessionaire will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the leased area, including custodial services and litter control. • The concessionaire will be required to obtain all necessary licenses and permits, including a liquor license. • The concessionaire will be required to provide proof of insurance, including worker's compensation, liability, and automobile liability insurance.
