Description
The Texoma Community Center is seeking proposals from experienced grounds keeping professionals to maintain the Center's lawns, trees, shrubs, and bushes. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing grounds keeping services to the Center's facilities in Cooke, Grayson, and Fannin Counties, Texas. The proposal should include a detailed description of the services to be provided, a pricing schedule, and any relevant experience or qualifications.
• The Center is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic with approximately 170 employees and nine facility locations.
• The proposal must be submitted via electronic mail or hand delivery by 10:00 A.M. (CST) on August 17, 2026.
• The Center reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any requirements in order to take the action that is in the best interest of the Center.
• The Center will not pay for any costs incurred by proposers in the preparation and/or submission of a proposal.
