Description
The University of Maryland, Baltimore is seeking bids for the provision of new and unused Zeiss microscopes and accessories. The contract will be for a period of one year with five one-year renewal options. The successful bidder will be required to provide microscopes and accessories at a discounted price, with a warranty of at least one year. The bidder must also have the capability to set up and demonstrate the microscopes at no extra charge.
• The contract will exclude electron, atomic force, tapping probe, confocal, super resolution, and surgical microscopy.
• The bidder must be an authorized seller or reseller of Carl Zeiss Microscopes.
• The bidder must provide a copy of the manufacturer's price list with their bid.
• The bidder must quote a single discount percentage for microscopes and accessories.
• The bidder must have the capability to deliver the microscopes to the University location specified at the time of order placement.
