Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking bids for the purchase of six Vision R60-04 Fitness Recumbent Stationary Bicycles (or approved equal). The contract will include delivery, assembly, and setup of the bicycles. The estimated total dollar value of the contract is between $10,000 and $18,000. The contract term is anticipated to be from January 2026 to June 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional six months.
• The contract requires the vendor to provide equipment sales literature, technical data, and product documentation.
• The vendor must also provide any license agreements, maintenance agreements, or other terms and conditions relevant to the work under the contract.
• The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive or modify any informalities, and require responders to conduct presentations or submit samples.
• The State also reserves the right to award the contract to a single responder or multiple responders, whichever is in the best interest of the State.
