Technical Refresh of Transaction Management System (TMS) and Annual Software Mai

The Department of Revenue (DOR) is seeking to continue maintenance and support of the Transaction Management System (TMS) and related software. The contract is being amended to add services to integrate an additional IBML Machine into the TMS Tax Processing Software and update hardware. J&B Software Inc. is the only feasible source from which to acquire upgrade services and support services for the TMS suite of products. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • Maintenance and support of the TMS and related software • Integration of an additional IBML Machine into the TMS Tax Processing Software • Update of hardware • The contract period is from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2026 • The supplier is J&B Software, Inc.
