The University is seeking a qualified contractor to upgrade the HVAC, steam, and building‑control systems for the Corbett Center Student Union in Las Cruces, NM. The scope includes steam‑pressure‑reducing‑valve station installation, new steam‑to‑hot‑water heat exchangers, replacement of heating‑hot‑water pumps, replacement of 13 roof exhaust fans, replacement and programming of multiple variable‑frequency drives (VFDs), refurbishment of 71 VAV terminal units, comprehensive test‑and‑balance services, and installation of a new BACnet DDC backbone integrated with the existing Niagara system.
