Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $20,000,000

Based on the information provided, it is difficult to estimate the exact budget for this opportunity. However, considering the scope of the project and the services required, it is likely that the budget will be substantial. The contractor will be responsible for providing shelter and services to families in need, which will require significant resources and staffing. The budget may be influenced by factors such as the number of families served, the length of stay, and the level of services provided. Additionally, the contractor will need to consider the costs of staffing, facilities, and equipment, as well as the costs of providing food, hygiene products, and other basic needs to the families. A rough estimate for the budget could be in the range of $5 million to $20 million per year, depending on the specific requirements and scope of the project. However, this is purely speculative and should be taken as a rough estimate rather than a precise figure.
