Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Based on a three‑year contract covering a large municipal client, rates for certified ASL interpreters typically range from $80–$150 per hour and CART services from $70–$130 per hour. Assuming an average of 150 service hours per month across the city (mix of on‑site, virtual, and emergency events), annual spend could be roughly $1.5 million to $3 million. Therefore, the contractor’s revenue is estimated in the low‑half‑million to low‑two‑million dollar range over the contract term, depending on actual service volume and pricing structure.
