TEGUC – Insurance Coverage for Vehicles and Motorcycles

The U.S. Embassy Tegucigalpa requires comprehensive insurance coverage for its official fleet of vehicles and motorcycles. The selected contractor will provide third-party liability and full coverage policies, as well as administrative support and legal assistance. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with an option to extend for an additional 6 months. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to provide a project manager who understands written and spoken English. • The contractor will be responsible for providing insurance coverage for all vehicles and motorcycles listed in the contract. • The contractor will provide a representative for daily administration of the contract. • The contractor will provide legal services to all U.S. Embassy Tegucigalpa personnel involved in court proceedings arising from accidents. • The contractor will submit bi-weekly and semi-annual reports on the status of all vehicles involved in accidents. • The contractor will update a list of all vehicles covered under the contract within 10 days of contract award and after each contract modification.
