The Agribusiness Development Corporation (ADC) is seeking a contractor to provide public relations, communications, and outreach services. The contractor will be responsible for developing and implementing a communications strategy aligned with ADC's statutory mission and strategic priorities. The scope of work includes media relations, crisis communications, and social media support. The contract will be for an initial period of 12 months, with the option to renew and extend for an additional four 12-month terms.
