Description
The Berkshire Community College HVAC Training Lab project calls for the renovation of an existing 2,100 sq ft suite (Suite F102) into a modern HVAC training laboratory and the construction of an exterior training pad. The scope includes interior demolition, asbestos abatement, new HVAC/MEP systems, interior finishes, and optional alternates such as additional painting, canopy structures, fencing, cabinetry, plantings, and a VRF/heat‑pump system.
