Water Reclamation Facility Electrical Capacity and Emergency Power Evaluation

The City of Bradenton is seeking a qualified Proposer to provide a comprehensive Electrical Capacity and Emergency Power Evaluation for the City's Water Reclamation Facility. The scope of work includes determining existing electrical loads, supplying power for anticipated future process loads, and evaluating options for consolidation or reconfiguration of emergency power. The Proposer must be a business organization registered to provide engineering services in the State of Florida and have experience with emergency power and electrical master planning. • The Proposer must provide professional engineering services, including reviewing existing documents and meeting with facility staff to summarize findings and identify existing and proposed electrical loads. • The Proposer must complete site investigations to observe and assess existing electrical services, distribution systems, and emergency power infrastructure. • The Proposer must evaluate existing electrical demand and available capacity for current facility operations and identify prioritized short-term and long-term improvements to the electrical system. • The Proposer must prepare and submit deliverables, including a written technical memorandum or report summarizing existing conditions, evaluation methodology, findings, and recommendations.
