Description
The Vermont Air National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide lodging services for its Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) events. The contractor will be required to provide fully furnished units, daily services, and emergency services 24 hours a day. The lodging facility must be within a 10-mile radius of the Vermont Air National Guard base and must meet all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contractor will be responsible for providing a secure environment, maintaining clean rooms, and providing utilities such as heat, air conditioning, and internet service.
• The contractor must provide lodging services for a minimum of 105 units in September, 220 units in November, and 105 units in December.
• The contractor must provide fully furnished units with a minimum of two full-size beds and one full private bathroom.
• The contractor must provide daily services, including cleaning and maintenance, and emergency services 24 hours a day.
• The contractor must maintain a secure environment, including physical security measures and security cameras.
• The contractor must provide utilities, including heat, air conditioning, and internet service.
