The Fayetteville Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (FAMPO) is soliciting Letters of Interest (LOIs) from qualified consulting firms to assist in the development of a Transit Study. • The study will be completed in two phases: Phase 1 - Needs Assessment and Market Analysis, and Phase 2 - Service Planning and Implementation Strategy.
• The consultant will be expected to provide clear project management, scheduling, and regular coordination with FAMPO staff.
• The consultant will assess existing transportation and land use conditions, estimate current and future transit demand, lead stakeholder and public engagement activities, and develop and evaluate feasible service options.
• The consultant will deliver clear, accessible reports and presentations for both technical and public audiences.
