The National Park Service is seeking a qualified small‑business (EDWOSB) vendor to furnish four above‑ground concrete storm shelters and one tornado‑rated steel door for the Chickasaw National Recreation Area in Oklahoma. The shelters must meet FEMA 2015 and ICC 500 specifications, be fully assembled, tested, and delivered FOB destination to four pre‑identified residences, with a performance window of 150 days after contract award. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price commercial award under FAR Part 12 and requires a minimum five‑year warranty.
• Provide 4 × 7 ft × 9 ft FEMA‑rated concrete storm shelters (≈25,000 lb each) meeting EF‑5 tornado protection standards.
• Supply 1 × steel exterior tornado door with 3‑point lock compatible with Best‑Lock core.
• Deliver and place the units at four park residences, coordinating delivery one week in advance; all items must be ready for immediate use upon arrival.
