Description
The State Accident Insurance Fund Corporation (SAIF) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide scheduled inspection, testing, and documentation of fire alarm systems and on-call services at SAIF offices in Salem and Medford. The selected vendor will be responsible for performing all fire alarm inspections, testing, and reporting, as well as providing a complete inventory of all system components. The vendor must also ensure compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
Some key requirements of the proposal include:
• Providing a firm quotation of total costs proposed to be charged for scheduled services
• Including a description of the ownership structure of the proposer
• Providing a work plan detailing how the project objectives will be accomplished
• Including a description of other similar work performed within the past two years by the proposer
• Providing names and email addresses of individuals in two to four companies whom SAIF can contact to discuss the proposer’s qualifications
The contract is expected to be awarded on or about March 9, 2026, and the beginning of services is scheduled for April 1, 2026.
