Some of the key features and requirements of the ATS include: • Improved functionality and user experience • Seamless integration with existing systems • Ability to support the City's recruitment and hiring processes • Compliance with the City's ordinances and regulations regarding equal opportunity employment • Payment of a living wage to all employees • Compliance with the City's minimum wage ordinance The following are some potential benefits and drawbacks of this opportunity: Benefits: • The opportunity to provide a comprehensive ATS to a city government • The potential for a long-term contract with the City • The chance to work with a diverse and inclusive organization Drawbacks: • The need to comply with the City's ordinances and regulations regarding equal opportunity employment • The requirement to pay a living wage to all employees • The potential for a complex and time-consuming procurement process Overall, this opportunity may be a good fit for vendors who have experience providing ATS solutions to government agencies and are committed to promoting equal employment opportunity and paying a living wage to their employees.

Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

Based on the scope of work and requirements, the estimated budget for this opportunity is likely to be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the City is seeking a comprehensive ATS solution that includes software, implementation, and support services. The actual budget may be higher or lower, depending on the specific requirements and scope of work. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the ATS solution, the level of customization required, and the number of users and departments that will be supported. Additionally, the City's budget for the project and the level of competition among vendors may also impact the final budget.
