Joint Base Charleston Custodial Services

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services at Joint Base Charleston, which includes Charleston Air Force Base, North Charleston, SC, and Naval Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a satisfactory facility condition and presenting a clean, neat, and professional appearance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contract will have a base year and four option years, with a total duration of 48 months. The solicitation includes various attachments, such as the Performance Work Statement, Appendix B, and the JB Custodial Bid Schedule. • The contractor must provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the custodial services. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the solicitation, including the Performance Work Statement and the attachments. • The contractor must submit a proposal that includes all the required information, including pricing, technical capabilities, and past performance. • The government will evaluate the proposals based on the criteria outlined in the solicitation, including price, technical merit, and past performance. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the best value to the government.
