Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide lawn service for the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences - Headquarters location. The service should include mowing, weed-eating, edging, weeding beds, and blowing paved areas. The service is required from the day of award to September 30, 2026. The supplier should provide a response to each line item in the solicitation.
• The service should be provided every two weeks from April to November (18 visits total) and once a month from December to March (4 visits total).
• Weed control and fertilization should be provided 7 times a year.
• Fire ant treatment should be provided no more than 4 times a year.
• Reseeding of grass should be done annually.
• The total square footage of the lot is 130,680 Square Feet, but not all of this area is lawn.
• The supplier should remove grass clippings and not return them to the lawn.
