Wholesale Gas & Diesel

The Ellis County is seeking bids from suppliers to furnish wholesale gas and diesel fuel. The contract will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity term contract, where goods will be ordered on an as-needed basis. The supplier will deliver fuel as requested at the location stated and in the requested quantity within hours of notification. The bid pricing must be based on a +/- differential based on the Dallas Metro, Texas OPIS (Rack Average) (Oil Price Information Service) Petrostat net price. • The contract includes the supply of unleaded fuel with minimum octane of 87, 89, and 93. • The contract also includes the supply of diesel fuel, including #2 low sulfur and red dyed diesel fuel. • The supplier must provide invoices with documentation to substantiate the price paid for the fuel prior to markup. • The contract will be awarded to the supplier who meets the requirements and offers the best price.
