Comprehensive City-Wide Periodic Mowing, Landscaping Maintenance, and Supplemental Landscaping Services

The District of Columbia Government is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive city-wide periodic mowing, landscaping maintenance, and supplemental landscaping services for various District-owned and operated properties. The services include mowing, mulching, pruning, leaf removal, weeding, and other related tasks to maintain a clean, manicured, and safe appearance. The contract will have a base year and up to four one-year option periods, with a total length of five years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, vehicles, transportation, and other requirements to deliver the services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and local laws, regulations, and policies. • The contractor must provide a comprehensive plan for delivering the services, including a detailed pricing proposal. • The contractor must demonstrate financial stability, operational capacity, and a satisfactory performance record. • The contractor must provide evidence of meeting minimum qualifications, including the ability to source supplies and materials within a 24-hour turnaround and capacity for routine and emergency services at multiple locations.
