Description
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue is seeking a professional consultant to develop and deliver practical/oral/performance-based exercises for the Driver Operator promotional process. The consultant will work with Palm Beach County Fire Rescue and Human Resources to develop assessment exercises, administer the exercises, document and review the results, and provide protest procedures. The consultant must have experience in supplying similar services and meet all criteria/requirements identified in the RFS.
• The contract will be for a period of one year with four optional 12-month renewal periods.
• The consultant must provide a price for all options, including development of assessment exercises, administration of exercises, documentation and review, and protest procedures.
• The County reserves the right to alter the schedule and timeline at its sole discretion.
• The consultant must comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the services contemplated herein.
