Annual Contract for Isilon and Cloudpools Hardware and Software Maintenance

Tarrant County is requesting bids for the Annual Contract for Isilon and Cloudpools Hardware and Software Maintenance for the Information Technology Department. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, effective from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide manufacturer-supported Dell ProSupport service contracts covering all existing Dell PowerScale and Isilon hardware, chassis components, software licenses, CloudPools capacity modules, and OneFS software features. • The bidder must be an authorized Dell partner/reseller and must upload valid documentation to the Response Attachments tab. • All bids must match the structure of the Line Items tab, and pricing must be firm for the entire term, inclusive of all fees. • The bidder must complete and upload the attached Exhibit A – F2026130 Tarrant County 2026 Dell PowerScale Isilon Pricing Response Sheet. • All support must provide full entitlement, activation, and continuous coverage for the specified assets for the entire contract term.
