Description
The City of Waco is seeking a master developer to plan, lease, market, operate, manage, and maintain an airport-compatible development on approximately 240 acres at Waco Regional Airport. The selected developer will be responsible for ensuring the development is compatible with the airport's operations and meets the city's requirements.
• The development should be airport-compatible and meet the city's requirements.
• The developer will be responsible for planning, leasing, marketing, operating, managing, and maintaining the development.
• The city is seeking a qualified and financially capable developer or development team.
• Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM on September 15, 2026.
• A pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Waco Regional Airport.
