Electrical Subpanel Replacement

The US Department of State is seeking a contractor to replace the existing electrical subpanel at the INL warehouse (Air Wing #2) located at the FAP Base–Callao, Lima, Peru. The contractor shall deliver a safe, code-compliant, fully commissioned system with complete documentation and minimal operational disruption. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, quality control, safety oversight, and supervision necessary for the replacement. • The contractor must establish a connection to the new panel box. • The contractor must provide a Bank Guarantee Letter as performance/payment protection. • The contractor must comply with all applicable FAR 9.104 responsibility standards. • The contractor must be registered in SAM.gov and demonstrate active tax status under SUNAT. • The contractor must provide facturas (tax invoices) in compliance with SUNAT requirements.
