Description
The Health and Human Services Commission is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the selection of a general contractor to provide general construction and construction administration services for the fire alarm upgrades project at the Austin State Supported Living Center. The scope of work includes the installation of a new fire alarm system, demolition of the old system, and installation of new underground fiber lines. The project has an estimated cost of $280,000.00.
