Data Center, Wide Area Network (WAN) and/or Local Area Network (LAN) Equipment

The State of New Mexico is seeking fully certified resellers or manufacturers to provide Data Center, Wide Area Network (WAN) and/or Local Area Network (LAN) equipment, including warranty, maintenance, and support. The equipment and related services must be from specific manufacturers, including Aruba, Cisco, Dell, HPE/Aruba, Juniper, Meraki, Palo Alto, Ruckus, or Xtreme. The contract will be for a term of four years, with no option for extensions. The contractor must provide installation, post-warranty maintenance and repair, training, and technical support services. • The contractor must be a fully certified reseller or manufacturer for the equipment and related services. • The contractor must propose a separate single minimum discount percentage off its MSRP/RSSP for the equipment. • The contractor must maintain or guarantee their equipment catalog price listing for the duration of the awarded agreement. • The contractor must provide copies of approved purchase orders upon request by the Department of Information Technology.
